That’s why good writing skills are an essential component of any legal practitioner’s toolbox, she discussed.
She further said that although mastering legal drafting takes time and practice, superior writing skills are essential to success and you can take steps to improve yours. While drafting, Remember Your Audience, Organize Your Writing, Be Concise, Use Action Words, Avoid Passive Voice & Edit Ruthlessly, she explained.
Kataria thanked the CLAT committee for making Aryans the part of CLAT & permitting to use CLAT Score for its admissions. Kataria further thanked the students and staff for taking the law college to such a top position in short span of time with their efforts made in academics, innovations etc.
While answering the students questions she said that Legal writing takes practice but you can learn a great deal by simply reading documents that others, who have mastered legal writing, have written.
